Concept

Brand Strategy

(The brain + soul of your brand)

Brand strategy is the foundation everything else stands on. It defines what your brand believes, who it's for, what makes it different, and how it speaks. Without it, design decisions and marketing messages are guesses dressed up as choices.

Most businesses know roughly what they stand for, but that knowledge is scattered — across a founder's head, a few documents, and years of decisions made on the fly. We translate it into a clear, usable strategy your team can act on: a defined position in the market, a specific audience, a confident voice, a reason to choose you over a competitor.

This service is the strategic groundwork only. It informs everything that follows — design, naming, web, marketing — but doesn't include execution.

What's included:

  • Brand purpose, mission, and vision
  • Brand values and principles
  • Target audience and competitor analysis
  • Brand positioning and value proposition
  • Brand personality and tone of voice
  • Messaging framework
  • Brand strategy document

(Brand strategy engagements are scoped and priced per project, based on the complexity of your business, the depth of research required, and the size of your team.)

Our process
1. Research

We start with depth — your business goals, current position, market context, and ideal audience. This includes a structured discovery workshop with you and your key team members. This is the factual base every later decision rests on.

2. Strategy

We define where your brand should sit in the market, what makes it distinct, and how it should communicate. This step clarifies your value, audience focus, and narrative.

3. Refinement and Guidelines

We consolidate everything into a clear, actionable strategy document. Strategic direction your team can use for design, communication, and marketing decisions long after we're done.

Naming

(The name of your brand)

Naming is the process of defining what your brand is called — and just as importantly, what that name communicates. A strong name sets expectations, creates emotional resonance, and makes your brand easier to recognize, remember, and talk about.

A name does more work than most founders realise. It's the first thing people hear, the first thing they search for, and the shortcut they use to describe you to someone else. Get it right and it carries the brand. Get it wrong and every later decision works against gravity.

Naming is a great point to start with, as it can be derived from the existing brand story, or form the future one.

Final trademark clearance and registration require a qualified trademark attorney, which we recommend engaging once a name is selected. We don't provide legal services or handle filings.

What's included:

  • Creative name concepts
  • Strategic rationale for each option
  • Linguistic and cultural checks
  • Preliminary availability check (registered trademarks, domains etc.)
  • Final selection support
Our process
1. Discovery

We start by understanding your business, audience, market landscape, and competitive space. This ensures the name fits not just who you are today, but where you're headed.

2. Brainstorm

We explore a range of name ideas that reflect your brand's character, tone, and goals. Then, the strongest options are refined and narrowed down into a shortlist.

3. Presentation and Selection

We refine the strongest options, test for clarity and resonance, and assess availability. You receive clear reasoning behind each choice, making the final decision confident and informed.

Copywriting

(The words your brand lives in)

Words are the most underestimated part of a brand. They're what people read on your homepage, hear in your ads, and quote when describing you to someone else. Strong copy does the work of selling, explaining, and connecting before any conversation happens.

Most businesses know they need better words but don't know where to start. The site sounds generic. The brand voice exists in the founder's head but never makes it onto the page. We translate the way you actually talk into copy that works across every touchpoint.

AI tools have made bad copy faster to produce. They've also made good copy more valuable than ever.

This service covers writing only. Brand strategy and visual identity are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • Brand messaging and tagline development
  • Website and landing page copy
  • Marketing copy (ads, email campaigns, social)
  • Long-form content (articles, case studies, editorial)
  • UX copy and microcopy

(Final scope, deliverables, and pricing depend on the volume and type of copy required.)

Our process
1. Brief and immersion

We learn your business, audience, and existing brand voice — including the way you talk in person versus how you currently write. This ensures the copy sounds like you on your best day, not a generic version of your industry.

2. Strategy and drafting

We define what each piece needs to do before writing it — the message, the structure, the order of ideas. Then we draft, with every line earning its place. Drafts are presented with rationale, not just words.

3. Refinement

Two rounds of revisions are included as standard. We refine for voice, clarity, and rhythm — until the copy reads like it was always meant to be there.

Design

UX Design

(The experience of the user)

UX Design is what makes a product work for the people using it. Before any pixel is placed or line of code is written, UX defines what the product needs to do, who it needs to do it for, and how every step of the journey shall feel.

Most digital products fail not because they look bad, but because they're confusing. We design products that make sense — clear structure, logical flows, and decisions that respect both the user's time and the business' goals.

This service is the strategic and structural groundwork. It lays the foundation for UI design and development, which are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • User research
  • Information architecture
  • User flows, journeys, and key scenarios
  • Wireframes or low-fidelity prototypes
  • Usability testing
  • UX documentation

(UX deliverables are tailored to your product and goals. Scope and pricing are defined per project, based on complexity and research requirements.)

Our process
1. Discovery and synthesis

We define goals, users, and context, then gather insights and turn them into clear problem statements. This phase produces the strategic foundation every later decision rests on.

2. Concept and design

We explore directions, then translate the strongest into structure — user flows, information architecture, and wireframes that define how the product works.

3. Testing and documentation

We test prototypes with real users, refine based on findings, and consolidate everything into UX documentation that supports design and development

UI Design

(The design of the digital interface)

UI Design is the visual layer of the product — what people see, click, and feel. It's where the strategy of UX becomes something tangible.

Most interfaces fail because they fall apart in use. We design interfaces that hold up across screens, states, and edge cases — clean visual hierarchy, deliberate use of colour and type, and components that work as a system rather than a collection of one-offs.

UI builds on UX foundations and prepares the interface for development. This service covers the visual layer only. UX research, structure, and development are scoped separately.

Every interface we design follows WCAG principles by default. The conformance level — A, AA, or selective AAA — is scoped per project based on your audience, sector, and legal context.

The client is responsible for both confirming which level legally applies to their business and final compliance assessment.

What's included:

  • UI design for websites, web apps, mobile apps, and emails
  • Responsive UI design for websites, web apps, mobile apps, and emails
  • Clickable prototype (basic or advanced)
  • Motion and animation design
  • Design documentation

(UI deliverables are scoped and priced per project, based on the size and complexity of the product.)

Our process
1. Direction

We review UX documentation, brand guidelines, goals, and technical constraints. If no preset visual identity exists, we propose references and moodboards to align on style and overall feel before moving into detailed design.

2. Design

We design a few core screens or components first, present them for feedback, and proceed to the full system once direction is approved. Every screen, state, and breakpoint is designed manually — not assembled from generic templates.

3. Refinement and documentation

We refine based on feedback, ensure consistency across screens, and prepare UI designs and documentation that support smooth development.

Visual Identity

(The whole appearance of your brand)

Visual Identity is everything people see and recognise — the logo, the colours, the typography, the imagery, the patterns. Done well, it's the difference between a brand that looks distinctive and one that blends in with everything else in its category.

We design complete visual systems where every element supports the others — wordmark, palette, typography, custom visual elements — built to work together across every context the brand ends up in. The result is a brand that's instantly recognisable, scales without breaking, and feels coherent everywhere it appears.

This service covers the visual layer of the brand. Brand strategy, copywriting, and applied collateral are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • Logo system (primary, secondary, marks, lockups)
  • Colour palette
  • Typography system
  • Supporting brand visuals (illustrations, patterns, motifs)
  • Art direction
  • Brand guidelines document

(Visual Identity deliverables are scoped and priced per project, based on the size and complexity of the system.)

Our process
1. Discovery

We explore your brand, goals, audience, and references to understand the direction the identity should take. This step ensures the design is aligned before anything is created.

2. Design

We develop and refine a visual identity concept that reflects your brand’s character, shaping it into a clear and recognizable visual system.

3. Refinement and Guidelines

We finalize the visual identity and define usage rules in the guidelines document, so it can be applied consistently across different platforms and materials.

Collateral Design

(The assets of your brand)

Brand Collateral is everything that puts your visual identity to work — the materials people actually see, hold, share, and interact with. Business cards, brochures, social templates, presentation decks, signage, packaging. It's where the identity stops being a system and starts being a brand in the world.

We design collateral that feels consistent with your brand and works across the real-world contexts it lives in — from the first impression of a printed business card to the recurring rhythm of social posts. The goal is coherence: every touchpoint should feel like part of the same brand, not a collection of disconnected materials.

This service applies an existing visual identity. If you don't have one yet, Visual Identity is the place to start.

What's included:

  • Print materials (business cards, letterheads, brochures, flyers, posters)
  • Digital templates (social media, email signatures, presentations)
  • Marketing materials (ads, banners, campaign visuals)
  • Packaging design (where relevant)
  • Print-ready and web-ready asset files

(Brand Collateral is scoped and priced per project, depending on the materials required and their complexity. Print production is the client's responsibility.)

Our process
1. Brief

We define what materials are needed, how they will be used, and where they will live — based on audience, platform, purpose, and practical constraints.

2. Design

We design the selected collateral so it aligns with your existing visual identity and brand strategy, ready for the contexts it's meant for.

3. Refinement and guidelines

We refine the designs, prepare them for real-world application — both digital and print — and hand off the production-ready files.

Production

Custom Web Development

(Custom-coded websites)

Custom Web Development is where design becomes a working product. Every line of code written specifically for your project — no themes, no template-based shortcuts, no compromises on how the site behaves under real-world conditions.

We build websites that are fast, accessible, and maintainable. Performance optimised by default. Responsive and tested across browsers and devices. Built to last beyond the next platform update.

Where the project requires it, we integrate CMS platforms, multilingual setups, and custom interactions and animations — all built into one cohesive system rather than bolted on as separate pieces.

This service covers brochure sites, content-driven sites, marketing sites, and custom web products. E-commerce builds are scoped under E-Commerce Development. Visual identity, UX, UI, and ongoing marketing are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • Custom front-end implementation based on approved designs
  • Responsive behaviour across devices and screen sizes
  • Performance optimisation
  • CMS integration
  • API and third-party integrations
  • Multilingual setup
  • Custom interactions and animations
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Documentation and handover
  • 2 months of free maintenance after launch

(Custom Web Development is scoped and priced per project, depending on design complexity, integrations, and technical requirements. Continuation of maintenance after the first 2 months is available as a paid retainer.)

Our process
1. Technical planning

We review approved designs, technical requirements, and budget to define the right implementation approach — stack, hosting, CMS, integrations, and any third-party services.

2. Development

Interfaces are built component by component, with accuracy, responsiveness, and performance in mind. CMS and integrations are built in alongside the front-end, not as afterthoughts.

3. Testing, launch, and handover

We test across browsers and devices, refine interactions, and prepare the site for launch. Documentation is delivered alongside — practical instructions covering how to manage the CMS, update content, access hosting, and any integrations specific to the build. The first 2 months of maintenance after launch are included as standard.

E-Commerce Development

(Connecting commerce functionality to your website)

E-Commerce Development is where your business starts taking orders. We build online stores on WooCommerce and Shopify — combining proven commerce platforms with custom-coded design so the result feels distinctly yours, not a generic template adapted at the surface.

We work with both platforms because they fit different businesses. WooCommerce gives you full design control, owned data, and one-time setup costs — better for content-driven brands and stores that grow over time. Shopify is faster to launch, hosted, and stronger for international commerce — better for stores focused purely on selling. We recommend the platform that fits your business, not the one that's easiest to build.

This service covers the e-commerce build only. Visual identity, UX, UI, and ongoing marketing are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • Platform selection and setup (WooCommerce or Shopify)
  • Custom front-end implementation based on approved designs
  • Store configuration (products, inventory, shipping, taxes, order management)
  • Payment provider consultation and integration (Stripe, LiqPay, regional providers)
  • Email automation (order confirmations, shipping notifications, abandoned cart)
  • Cross-browser and cross-device testing
  • Documentation, training, and handover
  • 2 months of free maintenance after launch

(E-Commerce Development is scoped and priced per project, depending on platform, design complexity, and integrations. Continuation of maintenance after the first 2 months is available as a paid retainer.)

(Tax configuration is set up within the platform based on rates and rules provided by the client. We don't advise on tax compliance — clients should work with an accountant or tax advisor to determine their obligations.)

Our process
1. Platform and technical planning

We review approved designs, business model, and growth goals to recommend the right platform and define the implementation approach. This includes payment provider selection, integrations, and any third-party services the build depends on.

2. Development

We build the custom front-end on top of the chosen platform, configure products, payments, shipping, taxes, and email automation. Every piece is integrated as one cohesive system, not bolted on.

3. Testing, launch, and handover

We test the full transaction flow across browsers and devices, refine interactions, and prepare the store for launch. Documentation is delivered alongside — practical instructions and video walkthroughs covering how to manage products, orders, payments, and the admin panel. The first 2 months of maintenance after launch are included as standard.

AI Image Generation

(Custom imagery, generated and directed)

AI Image Generation is the modern alternative to stock photography and traditional photo shoots — faster, cheaper, and more flexible than either. We generate brand-aligned imagery for hero sections, blog content, social media, advertising, and any other context where you need imagery that fits your brand specifically rather than something pulled from a generic library.

The work isn't pressing a button. It's directing the output — defining the style, shaping the references, iterating across versions, refining the result through retouching and post-production. The difference between AI imagery that works and AI imagery that looks generic is the direction behind it.

For brands that need consistent imagery over time, we build custom AI personas — recurring characters or visual subjects trained on your brand's specific aesthetic, available for repeated use across campaigns, blog content, and ongoing communication. For one-off needs, we generate single images directed to your brief.

This service covers image generation only. Photography direction, visual identity, and ongoing content production are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • Brief, concept, and visual direction
  • Reference development and prompt engineering
  • Image generation and iteration
  • Refinement to production quality (correcting AI artefacts, increasing resolution)
  • Custom AI persona creation
  • Final delivery in production-ready formats

(AI Image Generation is scoped and priced per project, depending on volume, complexity, and whether a custom persona is required.)

(AI-generated imagery may be subject to disclosure obligations under EU law and other jurisdictions. We notify clients of these obligations but do not provide legal advice. The client is responsible for consulting legal counsel about disclosure requirements applicable to their specific use of the imagery.)

Our process
1. Brief and direction

We define what the imagery needs to do — purpose, audience, brand context, mood, style — and develop visual references that anchor the generation. For clients commissioning a custom AI persona, we also define the character's traits, aesthetic, and consistency requirements.

2. Generation and iteration

We generate across multiple versions, refining prompts and references until the output meets the brief. Photorealistic imagery, illustrated styles, brand-specific personas — directed to fit your visual system rather than the AI's defaults.

3. Refinement and delivery

We refine the chosen images, correcting AI artefacts, combining generations where needed, and preparing files for production use. Final files are delivered in formats sized for their intended context — web, print, social, advertising.

AI Video & Cinematic Ads

(Cinematic content for short-form video and ads)

AI Video is the new alternative to traditional video production — capable of delivering cinematic visuals that previously required full film crews and post-production teams. We produce short-form content for ads, social media, and brand storytelling, where the budget or timeline doesn't allow for traditional shoots but the visual quality still needs to land.

The work is directing each shot like a film — building the visual world, designing the frames, animating them with intention, then editing the result into a coherent piece. We work frame-first: generating the key still images consistently before animating them, so the video holds together visually across every cut.

Output formats range from 5 to 60 seconds — sized for social ads, pre-roll, reels, and short-form brand content. Longer formats are scoped per project.

This service covers video generation and post-production. Strategy, copywriting, and ongoing campaign management are scoped separately.

What's included:

  • Brief, concept, and visual direction
  • Frame-first generation
  • Video generation and iteration
  • Post-production

    (editing, colour, motion, text overlays)

  • Audio

    (music, voiceover, sound design)

  • Final delivery in platform-specific formats

(AI Video is scoped and priced per project, depending on length, complexity, and audio requirements.)

(AI-generated video may be subject to disclosure obligations under EU law and other jurisdictions, particularly for content that could be perceived as real. We notify clients of these obligations but do not provide legal advice. The client is responsible for consulting legal counsel about disclosure requirements applicable to their specific use of the video.)

Our process
1. Brief and direction

We define what the video needs to do — purpose, audience, length, mood, visual style — and develop a shot plan along with reference materials. The focus is on visual decisions and reference clarity, the foundation everything else builds from.

2. Frame-first generation

We generate key still frames first, ensuring visual consistency across the sequence — characters, settings, lighting, and style hold together across every cut. Once approved, we animate each frame into video.

3. Post-production and delivery

We edit the generated clips into a final sequence, refine timing and pacing, add text overlays and motion where needed, and integrate audio if scoped. Final files are delivered in formats sized for their intended platform.

Growth

SEO

(Organic visibility and long-term growth)

SEO is how your website gets found by people who are already searching for what you offer. Done well, it's the most cost-effective marketing channel a business has — visibility that compounds over time and keeps working long after the work is done.

We build SEO strategies grounded in your actual business goals — whether that means ranking globally for a niche term, locally for service-area keywords, or somewhere in between. The goal is qualified visitors who convert — ranked for the searches that matter to your audience, supported by technical and content foundations built to last.

Content production for SEO purposes — blog articles, landing pages, long-form content — is offered through our Copywriting service. For social-specific content, see our Social Media Marketing service.

What's included:

  • SEO audit

    (technical, content, and competitive analysis)

  • Keyword research and strategy
  • On-page optimisation

    (meta tags, structure, internal linking)

  • Technical SEO improvements
  • Local SEO setup

(Google Business Profile, citations, local keyword strategy)

  • SEO guidance for content creation
  • Performance tracking and monthly reporting

(SEO is offered as either a one-off foundational engagement or an ongoing retainer. Foundational SEO sets up technical optimisation, on-page work, and a strategic roadmap. Ongoing SEO adds performance tracking, refinement, and adaptation over time. Scoped and priced based on website size, competition level, and engagement type.)

Our process
1. Audit

We analyse your website's technical setup, structure, content, and competitive position to identify what's working, what's broken, and where the biggest growth opportunities live.

2. Optimization

We address technical issues, refine on-page elements, improve content relevance, and strengthen internal linking. Each change is made with the strategy in mind rather than chasing tactical wins.

3. Monitoring and refinement (ongoing engagements only)

We track performance using key search metrics — rankings, organic traffic, conversions — and refine the strategy based on measurable results. Monthly reports keep you informed of what's changed and what's coming next.

SEM

(Paid search and performance campaigns)

SEM is how you reach people at the exact moment they're searching for what you offer. Done well, paid search converts faster than any other channel — visibility appears immediately, traffic is highly qualified, and every euro spent can be measured against the result it produced.

We build and manage Google Ads campaigns designed around your business goals — whether that's immediate sales, lead generation, or visibility for time-sensitive moments like product launches, seasonal pushes, or competitive responses. Every campaign is set up with conversion tracking from day one, so the work is measurable from the first click.

Where another search platform fits better — Microsoft Ads, for example, for certain B2B audiences — we recommend the platform that fits your situation. The platform follows the strategy, not the other way around.

This service covers paid search campaign management. Ad creative production for display campaigns, social ads, and other formats is scoped separately or handled through related services.

What's included:

  • Campaign strategy and goals definition
  • Keyword research and audience targeting
  • Ad copywriting

    (search ad headlines and descriptions)

  • Campaign and account setup/restructuring
  • Conversion tracking

(GA4, Microsoft Clarity, custom event setup)

  • Ongoing optimisation

(bidding, audiences, ad copy, landing page recommendations)

  • Monthly performance reporting

(SEM is offered as an ongoing engagement, scoped and priced based on campaign complexity, number of campaigns, and management depth required. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms — we provide setup guidance and reporting that includes spend alongside performance.)

Our process
1. Strategy

We analyse your business goals, audience, market, and competitors to define campaign structure — what we're advertising, to whom, and against what KPIs. This step ensures every later decision rests on clear goals rather than assumptions.

2. Launch and optimization

We set up the account, create campaigns and ad copy, and configure conversion tracking. Once live, we run continuous optimisation — adjusting bids, refining audiences, testing ad variations, and reallocating budget based on what's performing.

3. Analysis and refinement

We analyse performance data monthly, identify what's working, and refine the strategy accordingly. Monthly reports cover spend, performance against goals, and recommendations for the next cycle.

SMM

(Strategic content and engagement across social media)

Social Media Marketing is how a brand stays present and active in the places its audience already spends time. Done well, it's not just posting consistently — it's building a coherent voice, creating content people actually want to see, and showing up in conversations that matter to your audience.

Social media works when it reflects what the brand actually is. We base every strategy on your existing brand foundations — strategy, voice, visual identity. If those aren't in place yet, we recommend building them first through our Brand Strategy or Visual Identity services. Social media works best when the brand foundations are clear and the content has somewhere coherent to live.

We work across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok — selecting platforms based on where your audience actually is, rather than spreading effort thin across all of them. Strategy, content production, publishing, and engagement are handled as one system, not bolted-together services.

This service covers organic and paid social on the platforms above. AI-generated visuals and AI video are scoped through our AI Image Generation and AI Video services. Long-form content like blog articles is offered through Copywriting.

What's included:

  • Strategy and content pillars
  • Content calendar, scheduling, and publishing
  • Visual content production

    (graphics, carousels, stories, short-form video)

  • Caption copywriting
  • Community management

    (responding to comments and DMs)

  • Paid social ads
  • Monthly performance reporting

(SMM is offered as an ongoing engagement, scoped and priced based on number of platforms managed, content volume per platform, and engagement depth. Paid ad spend is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms.)

Our process
1. Strategy

We define your goals, target audiences, and the content pillars that guide every post. We base this on your existing brand strategy and visual identity — and where those don't exist yet, we recommend building them first to give the social work a real foundation.

2. Content planning and creation

We translate the strategy into a structured content calendar — defining post types, formats, and messaging tailored to each platform and aligned with your brand voice. Content is then produced in line with the plan, ready for publishing.

3. Publishing and refinement

Content is scheduled and published across the chosen platforms. We monitor performance and audience response, manage the community, and refine the content direction monthly based on what's working — posting frequency, format mix, and messaging tone.

E-mail Marketing

(Campaigns, flows, and automation via email platforms)

Email Marketing is the most direct, most measurable, and most cost-effective channel a business has. Your audience belongs to you, and every message lands directly with the people who chose to hear from you.

We design email programs that build relationships over time, not just push promotions. Every email serves a purpose — nurturing new subscribers, re-engaging quiet ones, supporting purchase decisions, sharing content that earns continued attention. Where a brand voice and visual identity already exist, we work within them. Where they don't, we recommend building them first — email marketing works best when the brand foundations are clear.

We work primarily with Mailchimp and Klaviyo — Mailchimp suited to most service businesses, Klaviyo for e-commerce stores. Other platforms are supported based on your existing setup or specific needs.

Email Marketing assumes you have a list to send to. List growth — designing opt-in forms, lead magnets, and signup incentives — is offered through our Copywriting and UX/UI services. We can coordinate across these when you need both.

What's included:

  • Email strategy

(audience segments, email types, sending frequency)

  • Platform setup and audience segmentation
  • Email design and templates
  • Email copywriting
  • Automation flows

(welcome series, re-engagement, abandoned cart, post-purchase)

  • Campaign sending and management
  • Monthly performance reporting

(Email Marketing is offered as either a one-off foundational engagement or an ongoing retainer. Foundational Email Marketing sets up the platform, designs templates, builds initial automation flows, and hands over for self-management. Ongoing Email Marketing adds campaign management, performance monitoring, and continuous refinement. Email platform subscription fees are paid directly by the client.)

Our process
1. Strategy

We define what email should achieve for your business — audience segments, email types (welcome, promotional, newsletter, re-engagement, post-purchase), and the right sending cadence. This step gives every email a reason to exist.

2. Setup and design

We configure the email platform, structure your lists and segments, and design email templates that align with your brand identity. Each email type gets its own template, so future sending is faster and consistently on-brand.

3. Implementation and refinement (for ongoing engagements)

We build automation flows, write campaign content, and send emails on the agreed schedule. Performance is monitored monthly — open rates, click-throughs, conversions — and the strategy refined based on what's working.
